📦 Orders & Delivery

We offer free tracked delivery within the UK, taking 4–7 working days. All orders are dispatched promptly and you'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it within 24 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us immediately. Once dispatched, we can't make changes but you can return the item under our 30-day policy.

🛏️ Products

Use our size guide on each product page. As a general rule: S/M for cats and small dogs (Pugs, Chihuahuas), L/XL for medium dogs (Spaniels, Frenchies), XXL for medium-large breeds up to 25kg. If in doubt, size up — your pet will love the extra space.
Yes! Our beds are machine washable on a gentle/delicate cycle at max 30°C. Tumble dry on low heat to restore the faux fur fluffiness. Do not bleach or iron.
To ensure eco-friendly delivery, your bed arrives vacuum-packed. Simply shake it out and allow 24–48 hours for the premium PP cotton to fully expand. This is completely normal and expected!
Most of our products are suitable for both dogs and cats! Each product page clearly states which animals it's designed for. Our calming donut beds are especially popular with both — the nesting instinct is universal.
Absolutely. All our products are made with non-toxic, pet-safe materials. Our faux fur is vegan and free from harmful dyes. We wouldn't sell anything we wouldn't use on our own pets.

↩ Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day no-quibble return policy. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a full refund. Items should be returned in original condition where possible.
For our calming products, we offer a special 30-Day Calming Guarantee: if your pet doesn't show noticeably improved calm and sleep quality within 30 days, we'll refund you in full — no questions, no hassle.
We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement straight away at no cost to you.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

👤 Account & Orders

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access your order history much more easily.
Add items to your basket, then on the checkout page you'll see a field for "Discount code or gift card". Enter your code and click apply before completing payment.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you'll be removed immediately. You can also update preferences in your account settings.
